PRICK‘s skilled coaches have developed a new approach to fitness, building an athletic program that’s comprehensive, inclusive and always challenging. Inside these walls, your safety is always our foremost priority.
Our selection of programs includes B|X and B|XC (our high-intensity circuit-style workout), CrossFit (our strength and conditioning program); The Academy (our private classes to give you the foundations for CrossFit), Kickboxing (Muay Thai based), John Lewis Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, S.P.E. (Speed, Power, Endurance: our running class), B|Body (aesthetics based class through functional movements), Yoga and B|Mobile (for recovery) and the PRICK Barbell Club and Gymnastics (both which require at least 6 months of CrossFit experience). Regardless of the class or classes you take, you’ll be excited, engaged and always having fun.
